Please inspect all items upon delivery. Should an order unfortunately arrive damaged, simply send me a picture of your item and the packaging within 5 business days and I will take care of replacing your item in a timely fashion.
Please contact me within 5 business days (from the day you receive it) if your item is not what you expected. I will either replace your item or refund your purchase amount in full. When returning an item all shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility. If you are local, we can meet to exchange or return an item.
If an item is being returned for a refund: Once I receive the item back, the amount for the item will be refunded. No refunds on shipping (unless the order is cancelled before it's shipped). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, no refund will be given and the item will be sent back to sender. If you are local, we can meet to exchange or return an item.
I must get the returned or exchanged item(s) back within 7 days from the day you contacted me asking for a refund or exchange.

Personalized and Custom made items are non refundable unless an error has been made on my part. Customer happiness is a top priority for me, in some cases I will refund or exchange depending on the type of issue and I will work diligently to remedy the situation. Please ensure text is accurate upon ordering, as it will be created EXACTLY as entered.
